Over the past 2 years I have our Turkey in the oven with a bag and still came out great. Today I saw a show-cooking (frying a turkey on a tray with a piece of cheese that has soaked in butter), for the breast. It seemed incredible. Yourself wondering if someone tried this method once and if I continue with the oven bag? The only thing is that the votes are not dark bag, because it "burned" the skin and roasting seemed to have more flavor.
