How effective is a water to air heat pump setup for cooling? - motorcycle radiators
I condemn coil and heat pump with a small / medium-sized motorcycle radiator and fan to cool a room in my house. This is just proof of concept and a fun project for me to ask what should be the size of the radiator, pump speed and CFM fan.

I doubt it will be very effective. In general, heat pumps, the refrigerant undergoes a phase change substantially increase the efficiency / heat transfer. The design is a bit beyond the scope of this forum. In general, with the fan and pump, is faster, better, but there is a point of diminishing returns depends on many other factors.
